Comical Wanted Poster Mugshot Illustration

Please make the character in the attached image [Name: Unknown] into a comical wanted poster/arrest style visual where "they probably aren't guilty but are being led away for a strange crime." Decide the charges randomly. Make the content light, fun, and comical. For composition, use a pose standing in front of height marks, or a moment of being lightly restrained. Additionally, place weird small items around as "evidence." It can be two cuts (front and side) or a single image. Do not use real police or national marks; keep it completely fictional humor. Leave space to add charges later.
